We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Medical & Hygiene Products
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns on any opened or used medical, wound care, or hygiene-related products.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the original product (if eligible). Once your return has been approved, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

EU Cooling-Off Period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, in accordance with applicable consumer laws. Items must remain unused and in their original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to complete the transaction.
